What is MyParamount?

MyParamount allows our members and providers to access their personal information online, on any device. 

To sign-up for an account, members will need a copy of their Paramount ID card.

For Paramount members, you can see your claims, view your benefits, change your Primary Care Provider, update your address, and even sign-up for electronic Explanation of Benefits. You can also view your Paramount ID card, order replacements and email a copy of your ID card. Paramount providers can review their patients' claims, check member coverage status, view benefits, review Explanation of Payments, and more. Do you need a roster of all your Paramount patients? You can get it here.

How do I register for MyParamount?

Members:

You will need your Paramount ID card to register. You'll also be asked several questions to verify your identity in our system.

 

Providers:

You will need your Tax ID and NPI number for eligibility access. If you want to be able to view claims in the portal, you'll need a recent Paramount Claim ID Number. If you don't have a claim number, contact Provider Relations at 419-887-2535 or 1-800-891-2542.

How do I login?

Click Login at the top of the page. Then enter your username and password that you registered with. 

I forgot my username. How do I login?

Click on the Login button at the top of the page. You can then click on 'I forgot my Username.' You will need to answer a few questions in order to access your Username. If you still need help, Members may contact Member Services at 1-800-462-3589 and Providers may contact Provider Inquiry at 1-800-891-2564.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Click on the Login button at the top of the page. You can then click on 'I forgot my Password.' You will need to answer a few questions in order to access your password. If you still need help, Members may contact Member Services at 1-800-462-3589 and Providers may contact Provider Inquiry at 1-800-891-2564. 

Is MyParamount secure?

Yes. All information within the portal is secure, and complies with all HIPAA standards for security.

Will I have access to my dependents information within MyParamount?

Yes. You will have access to any dependents that are on your contract. If your dependent has their own contract with Paramount, you will not have access. Accounts can be linked together if appropriate registration requirements are followed.

Can my adult child (18+) have their own account?

Yes. An adult dependent can have their own account. The policy holder will still have access to see activity related to the adult dependent.

Who is allowed to use MyParamount?

Any Member with a Paramount policy can use MyParamount. You will need your Paramount ID card to register.

Any Provider that has seen a Paramount member can register. 

Can I access MyParamount on my phone?

Yes, MyParamount will work on your smartphone and tablet devices.
